Viktor Felber Management Consulting places great importance on the protection of your personal data. Protecting the privacy of our candidates as well as the personal data of our clients is of paramount importance to us. In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we handle this data with care.

Viktor Felber Management Consulting adheres to the provisions of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG, formerly the Anti-Discrimination Act). Wherever only the masculine form is used on this website for the sake of simplicity (e.g., candidate, employee, etc.), the feminine form is of course included. Wherever the terms junior or senior are used on this website, they refer to professional experience and not age.

The storage and processing of personal data is based on the service contracts of VF Management Consulting with its clients for the purpose of recruiting experts up to executive search at board level.

Candidates or employees: Name and address including telephone and email, title, date of birth, nationality, marital status, qualification data (such as certificates), behavioral and performance data, salary and wage data, mobility; Furthermore, VF Management Consulting may process publicly available, professional information, such as profiles on professional social media networks, information from telephone or in-person interviews, email correspondence, and, if applicable, references. Clients: Contract data, contact person with contact information, company information (year of establishment, number of employees, locations, working hours, vacation entitlement, website).

Public authorities: Receipt of data based on legal regulations (e.g., social security institutions, tax authorities). Internal departments: Departments involved in the execution of the respective business processes (consultants, office, accounting, finance, marketing). External clients: Forwarding of candidate information in the form of proposals to clients of VF Management Consulting after prior consultation with the candidate.

Data used for billing and accounting purposes will not be affected by a deletion request.

If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use it to answer your inquiries and to process the services agreed upon with you. This data will only be shared with companies with whom we have contractual agreements. Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the processing and fulfillment of the order agreed upon with you. This applies in particular to the forwarding of application documents to our clients. We would like to inform you about our services. The following information is logged: the name of the retrieved file, the date and time of retrieval, the amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain, as well as the IP address of the requesting computer.
