As a partner at TW Consult, I support companies in filling leadership and key positions through executive search. This work shapes my understanding of the requirements, expectations, and decision-making processes at the highest levels. In parallel, I have consciously specialized in executive career advisory. This is not an extension of recruiting or coaching, but rather a distinct role: providing personalized decision-making support to executives and senior experts. Executive career advisory and executive search are strictly separate in terms of content. This separation is essential for independence, confidentiality, and credibility in both roles.
