Collaboration & Process

The collaboration is personal, confidential, and deliberately limited. We work with a small number of clients simultaneously to ensure depth and quality. There are no standardized processes and no guarantees of placement, but there is clarity and focus. The added value arises from experience, contextualization, and personal responsibility in the decision-making process. Initial consultation: Career Strategy Check. This initial consultation covers: the current professional situation; decision pressure and options; a realistic assessment of the market, role, and timing; and a clear evaluation of whether and in what form further support is beneficial. Ongoing support: Further collaboration takes place over an individually defined period (e.g., three or six months) and includes personal sparring on: strategic positioning; decision alternatives; preparation for interviews and roles; and critical reflection on ongoing developments. The structure is individual, not formulaic. Viktor Felber Management Consulting places great value on respectful and long-term collaboration.
